MSc in Yoga Education (Ashtang yoga)

Yoga vidhya is sanatana. Sanatana means timeless or the absolute truth (sat). Yoga is true knowledge that is true all the time i.e ancient, medivieal and modern time.

I am Postgraduate in zoology with 92% and have both online and offline teaching experience.

Whole spectrum of activities of living entities, srila Prabhupada call as Sanatan yoga. Because these activities (or principles behind these activities) are eternal(sanatan) and ultimate aim is union with supreme lord (yoga), he calls it as Sanatan yoga.
