I have 2 year of teaching experience,certified international yoga training from Sivananda,Kerala.

Offcourse I feel better after yoga practice, because after chanting mantras and yoga, lastly do shavasana that's calm down our mind and gives relaxation to body.

Ofcourse its good feel after Yoga. Normally we ahve good feel after all kinds of exercise, but yoga feel even better than others as its not about picking external weights but its about dealing with own body, stretch and bring best use of it by aligning body and mind.

I feel increased mental and physical energy, a boost in alertness and enthusiasm, and fewer negative feelings after getting into a routine of practicing yoga. So basically i feel more energetic and brighter and relaxed mood .
