Type of muscles are as follow- 1. Voluntary or Skeletal Muscles – This muscles can be consciously controlled. Human has more than 600 skeletal muscles. These type of muscles are attached either directly or indirectly to the bones and work in opposing pairs i.e. one muscle in the pair contracts while other relaxes to produce movement.
