Power BI does not necessarily require coding skills to create reports and dashboards. It offers a user-friendly interface with drag-and-drop functionality for designing visualizations and analyzing data. However, having some understanding of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) can be beneficial for creating calculated columns and measures. Additionally, for more advanced customization or data manipulation tasks, knowledge of M language for data transformation might be useful, but it's not strictly necessary for basic usage. Overall, while coding skills can enhance your capabilities in Power BI, they are not required to get started and create meaningful reports.

No,You don't need to know how to code to use Power BI for basic tasks. It's made to be easy with a simple drag-and-drop interface, so you can create cool reports and visuals just by clicking around. However, if you want to dive deeper and do more complex stuff with your data, Power BI has special languages called DAX and M. Learning these can help you customize your reports and analyses even further, but it's not necessary for getting started or using many of Power BI's features. So, coding is optional and mainly for advanced users.
