Read an English daily, try to tell the news to someone else in ENGLISH.

Read short stories and write very small points / comments. Try to speak your thoughts as if you are telling it in front of the audience. 

Try to converse in English with your close one, friends, then others.

 

Be open to accept your mistakes and rectify it.

Read newspapers/stories and watch some easy but good videos/movies in English.

English for that matter any language speaking  has two major points 

1. Language - pronunciation, grammar and technique of using them with desired emotion.

2. Confidence to speak or removal fright to speak.

Normally we see many are with knowledge of 1 above but has fear to speak then we need to build confidence by using case studey, mirror technique etc.

If a student has both the problems starts with phonics grammar and while making him to converse first in his vernacular language n guide him to speak in English or the new language which he wishes to speak.  Confidence boosting techniques employed to remove the frightt.
