You can go with SAP BW/BI as your domain is MIS or else you can SAP Basis or SAP ABAP as you have done graduation in computer science. There are lot of institutes which totally depends on your budget whether you want to just learn or learn and get certified

If you are comfortable with programming look for a technical module.SAP HANA is the latest module which has a good scope.Attend some demo sessions in some of the institutes and check whether the faculty is a real time consultant.

@Harsh is correct as per the current scenario SAP Hana will be a better option to if you want to change your domain to SAP.
