It purely depends on your taste,willingness to work hard,travel at short notices etc. Defenitely, there should be an 'eye' for details. Browse through old magazines. Observe how those great professional tell their story. Watch NGC regularly and slowly develop your skills. Thanks

So dont waste time on thinking of what is right and wrong. Learning photography wont harm, if it clicks well and good, else its a just a matter of few weeks you tried to follow your ambition.
