java and python language are similar in some topics but these are not proper same.i think you first learn java.after that you will learn easily python in short time.

see when you write program in python, its fast.. 

when you write same things in java, they are so timely..

1 month python code = 6 months java code..

now you can get the idea..

but python uses lots of memories and processing power.. but it is nothing when you run those programs on high processing computers of today's age.. 

but when you need very performance to be the best, java or c languages are only options..

 

 

 

Easy to learn? both java and python are easy.. learn anyone before or after... doesn't matter..
