Success With Self SWIS (regd.) a not-for-profit trust has a vision of realizing the inner potentials of individuals and organizations. It is involved in several social service activities.
Sri M Rajagopala Rao, its Principal Coach, has retired as Executive Director Chief Knowledge Officer. from ONGC. He developed the 4 level VEGAM (Veda Ganitam the Amazing Mathematics) course. It has been introduced in several schools covering >3000 students. It is being introduced in 160 schools across AP and Telangana in 2017-18. Vedic math is a unifying concept of complete mathematical system from arithmetic, algebra, trigonometry, geometry through calculus and higher math. In contrast to strict left brain approach of conventional math it gives scope for imagination, innovation and improvisation. It reduces Math phobia and is very useful for competitive exams.
Sri Rajagopala Rao is widely travelled (>16 countries) and conducted many self-development courses in top public / private organizations. SIPP (Spoken English, Interview Skills, Public Speaking and Personality) course is developed by him to benefit students, professional or anyone seeking confident social interactions in India or abroad. The course is highly interactive with Audio, video exercises, role plays, quizzes and games.
