In my 22 years of teaching experience, I have taught thousands of students and learned one thing very precisely that were students lack while preparing for the examination. They generally have an insufficient concept so they don't practice lots of questions and lose their confidence, hence cannot perform well in the exam.
I have In-depth knowledge of mathematics so I mainly focus on the concept building of the student.
Few points which I care the most while taking the maths classes are
1) To explain the chapters of mathematics in every easy and accurate way.
2) To take a systematic approach for completing the syllabus so that the student can perform best not only in their final examination but also in the Unit Test and half-yearly examination.
3) There will be regular doubt clearing sessions of each topic.
4) Educational contents such as notes, formula sheets, and assignments will also be provided.
5) Well organized and regular test sessions will also be conducted.
6) Previous Year question papers will be solved.
Fear of Mathematics will over with some self-motivational sessions and lots of practice questions😉.
