There is no specific practice routine as it depends entirely on each player..
but you can start out with finger exercises for at least 30 mins everyday before you play anything else.. you can do it with scales, arpeggio patterns etc etc. You should play around with the tempo too as it's very important to increase your speed as well as your synchronization ..

Practicing differs from person to person. Your routine should be a reflection of your long-term/short-term goals. A lot of people have a way of dividing 1 hour of practice into smaller 10-15 mins sessions where you can focus on different topics. Eg.Finger ex, Music Theory, Technique etc. This may or may not work for you. You've to try it.
IMO, you'd want to practice and take information in small chunks. Have short and focused goals so that at the end of each practice session you will have mastered a very small aspect of the long-term goal. Have fun while practicing and be sure to make music while you practice.
