Have a method of evaluating each student for their ability to learn online. Not everyone is compatible for online learning and you should be able to advise accodingly. Chinese, Japanese are difficult. The reason is we need to learn & actually memorise the symbols used as alphabets. Whereas in German, alphabets are written same as English.
