I attempted to contact you and provided a reminder about the class before you eventually joined. This demonstrates my commitment to punctuality, which is further supported by evidence from class recordings and call recordings. Similarly, on May 5th, I accommodated your circumstances when you had to leave the class due to a power outage. Regarding the grammar instruction, I regularly share my screen during lessons to ensure clarity and accuracy, which serves as additional evidence of the quality of my teaching. Anyone can play the class recordings to crosscheck my teaching and the material I am using, while I'm disappointed to hear about your dissatisfaction, I remain dedicated to providing quality education and ensuring a positive learning experience for all my students.
