I completed my BA from Guru Nanak Dev University in 2008. I have worked in multiple Gyms and institutions as a Yoga and personal trainer, and also worked as freelancer yoga and fitness trainer. I also represented inter-university karate championship. And also have experienced in teaching karate in schools.
I am passionate about health and fitness, and I believe Yoga is the best approach and basic foundation to reach your fitness goals or as professional sportsman.
I take both online and offline classes with a practical approach. I am EREPS certified fitness trainer and YTT 200 hrs Yoga trainer. I have over 15 yes experience in health and fitness field.
